Poor Husband

My darling has the fortune and sometimes misfortune of being married to me.  You see, husband is a very light sleeper. I'm not quite sure how that happened considering he comes from a large family, but he is.  Usually any little noise, or the slightest shift I make will wake him up.
That's really not a good thing for him, being married to me....especially during allergy season.
I have extremely small nasal passages, and I get stuffy reeeeally easily.
Consequently that means, well, that I usually snore. That's right, I'm a snorer.
Unfortunately that means Kirk has been spending a lot of time awake during the night recently.
Ear plugs don't work, it doesn't work when he rolls me on my side anymore, and the other night I yelled at him in my sleep because he was trying to wake me up.  I've tried sleeping propped up on more pillows. That didn't work. Tonight I'm trying sudafed. I know you're not really supposed to take it when you're ttc, but at this point of time I'll try anything that might work.
He headed to bed on the earlier side tonight because he's been so tired, and has had a headache from lack of sleep. Poor guy... It's been about two hours since he went to bed, and I decided to try to give him a solid chunk of sleep tonight.

If anyone has ideas (preferably cheap, or free) of ways to stop snoring, please share! I don't know how much longer he's going to be able to go on not sleeping well!

  1. Luis has a slightly similar problem except I grind my teeth. But he is not that light of a sleeper. But during the winter time, he has trouble sleeping because I would keep the space heater on and it would get too stuffy(I love sleeping In a stuffy warm room).

They way he fixed it...sleeping in a different room. We tried opening a window, but then I would get too cold, so he blew up the air mattress and slept somewhere else. It is not the most Fun^ solution, and I didn't like being in the bed all by myself, but if he could sleep soundly and comfortably, then it was completely worth it.
