Las Vegas...

...is where Kirk is right now, along with 7 of his closest friends. Kirk made a joke about going to Vegas for his bachelor party, but to his brother Jon was not joking about it. So, Kirk and Jon rounded up the boys and set up a trip for 2ish days in Vegas. It's now almost midnight and the boys are probably enjoying their beds at the Luxor. Meanwhile, I'm watching the very first episode this season of So You Think You Can Dance. Atlanta and  San Francisco tonight.. So far ATL seems to be proving well. All the people getting tickets through are yelling the same thing that Kirk has been yelling the past 2 months "I'm going to VEGAS!" I love this show. I also love Kirk. Man, I'm sure going to be happy when he gets home. I know hes only gone two days, but I miss him already.

Best conversation between my future husband, and my little brother.

Every (almost) wednesday and thursday Kirk enjoys watching American Idol. We call it "his show". My show is So You Think You Can Dance. Tonight as we were watching 'Kirks show', Auston came in and the following conversation happened:
Auston: If nikki is watching your show with you, you have to watch So You Think You Can Dance with her.
Kirk: I do? What'll happen if I don't?
Auston: Then I'll be after you.
Kirk: You'll be after me?! I'll remember that...
Auston: You won't if I brainwash you......

Kirk just kept asking me if I told Auston to say that, which I very much did not. It was hilaaaaarious.

1 MONTH!!!!!

AHHH!!! I can't believe we only have one month left! 31 Days! 4 1/2 weeks. WOW. I can't believe that the time has gone by so fast since we got engaged. Everything is coming together so well, and I can't wait for all of our families to be here. I don't know if I'm more excited for the wedding, or for the Berrys to get here. Just kidding..I'm way more excited to be getting married to the man of my dream. Although, I am VERY excited to see Star and her family, including the new baby! It's been so fun getting wrapped up in the cake, and flowers, and decorations. Part of me is just excited to be in Hawaii and past the wedding, but part of  my is going to be sad that all the planning is over. I am so lucky to have an AMAZING family who has helped with bridal showers, and planning. Not only do I have an amazing family, but also some FANTABULOUS friends, who have been so helpful. Mrs Tausha Wierlo has been such a help with everything. Kirk and I have spent hours repainting the inside of the downstairs of the house, and even though its the same color as before, it looks so much better, and cleaner! It makes me so happy to have a clean, fresh painted house. I'm so lucky to have a guy who was able to buy a house, and make it a happy place to live and a clean environment to be in.
